Privacy policy

When you request a consultation we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone, postal code, optional email, project details and message. If you call, text or WhatsApp us, we keep the details you share so we can reply.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

To reply to your request, arrange a consultation, prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask for.

We send marketing messages only if you tick the separate, unticked consent box on our form. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we act on requests promptly.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example email hosting), and only as needed, or where the law requires it.

Requests that do not become a project are deleted when they are no longer needed. Project records are kept as long as required for accounting, warranty and legal reasons.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by contacting us below.
